Clean Only the Scalp

One of the most important daily practices to avoid frizz is to wash only the scalp and not the hair; scrubbing the hair damages the cuticle.

Always Use Conditioner

Always use conditioner, as it makes it easier to detangle the hair and minimizes static electricity, preventing the cuticle that protects the hair from lifting and water from entering the fiber, thus avoiding frizz.

Use the Hair Dryer Correctly

Dry your hair without rubbing it with a towel and use the hair dryer correctly at a medium temperature and at least 15 centimeters away from your hair, always directing the hot air jet towards the ends.

Protect Your Hair from Wind, Rain, and Sun

It's important to tie up your hair on windy or unstable weather days. Use a scarf, a hat, or some accessory to avoid friction, which ends up damaging the cuticle and leaving the length unprotected against external aggression. 

Regarding sun protection, which may seem like an excessive form of hair care, it is crucial and deserves special attention.
